How do you manage so many channels and still guarantee a quality service?
In our experience, communication works when it is complete, and that means being present on many channels. Everything starts from a shared omnichannel strategy that connects the channels, reaches people where they are and guides them along the path that suits them best. Each channel is then managed by professionals who specialise in it. We keep the big picture and they handle the execution: think of an orchestra and its conductor.
What do you do?
We provide communication strategy and marketing: consulting, channel management (websites, advertising, social media, email, offline communication), brand identity and creativity. Giacomo Coppo leads the strategy and works with a team of collaborators chosen for what each project needs.
Where do you work?
We mainly cover the provinces of Alessandria, Asti, Vercelli and Novara and, more broadly, Northern Italy, working in person when needed. We also work remotely, so we are open to clients from anywhere in the world.
Who do you work for?
We work with every kind of company and sector, and we assess each project transparently, explaining from the start which kinds of collaboration are possible. We especially enjoy helping small and medium-sized businesses, local businesses and startups that want to grow their brand, and giving them a chance.
How does a collaboration start?
We start from how mature your brand is: whether it needs to be built from scratch, is structured but invisible, or is already recognised and ready to grow. Then we decide whether to work on your whole communication or to start with a single channel.
What is GEO?
GEO stands for generative engine optimization: optimising your online presence so that it appears in the answers of ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI summaries. In practice it is good SEO plus clear, consistent content that AI assistants can easily cite.
Do you only work online?
No. We combine offline communication (signage, printed materials, events, guerrilla marketing) with digital activities whenever they serve the same goals.
